Includes correspondence, notes, course outline and memoranda regarding classes taught on such topics as on free trade, European markets, and trends in international trade. The collection also includes Gordon's records from the Straus Committee which include material relating to a review of proposals for tax measures affecting foreign investments received from Ralph I. Straus, Under Secretary of State for Economic Affairs.
